Visit Discovery Museum for musical collaborative fun and golf!
Seven Bridges is an interactive music installation inspired by the Tyne’s seven bridges and the connections they represent. Created in collaboration with regional musicians, the evolving composition blends strings, brass and contemporary sound. Installed across the Discovery Museum balcony, the work only reveals its full power when people work together, visitors are invited to stand on sensor pads in unison to unlock and layer the music in real time.
Play a round of Golf within the galleries and around the iconic Turbinia. After completing the 14 hole course, enjoy a well earned refreshment in our Café.
