33c. Drawing workshop @ Vane

2026-05-09T00:00:00+01:00 Saturday Only

Open: 6-10pm

Take part in an immersive, participatory drawing workshop. You will have the chance to work alongside local artists in the exhibition space, bringing a large-scale artwork to life, revealing the peculiar beauty of forgotten structures and infrastructures from peripheral places in the North East of England.

About us
Established in 1997, Vane operates a gallery space, as well as a flexible workspace for artists to develop new work.

Vane represents a group of critically engaged artists from the North East of England, across the UK, Europe and the USA through projects at the gallery and elsewhere. The gallery exhibition programme also provides a platform for the work of invited artists at all career stages, often working in partnership with other regional, national, and international galleries, festivals and guest curators, including hosting projects developed by artists themselves.
