Welcome to the neighbourhood! Make your way across Waterloo Square to find Arcadea’s new venue. The Hub Studio artists have been busy creating vibrant work to introduce themselves to you all. Bringing the Square to life and celebrating the creativity of learning disabled artists at the heart of our city, they can’t wait to see you! This is a Creative Central NCL commission in partnership with Arcadea CIC.
