36 Lime Street, the North East’s oldest studio group, is in Newcastle’s Ouseburn Valley. This former flax mill, originally designed by John Dobson, now hosts over 50 artists, makers, and designers across five floors.

Visit the largest and oldest artist studio building in Newcastle.

This is a unique chance to come and catch a glimpse into the working world of artists and designer-makers, who offer a huge variety of affordable and original work to buy, from paintings, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery, furniture, prints and much more. Visitors can look forward to checking out a range of arts and crafts, chatting to the artists and enjoying live music performances.
