The Ouseburn is renowned for the finest pubs in the city, which come into their own at night. Each of these pubs are unique in character, atmosphere and community and locals all have their favourite.
For The Late Shows, Jim is returning to paint these charming pubs from a different perspective, stripping away the external architecture, to expose the warm inviting spaces within. These glowing paintings will explore the differing internal structures and footprint of each pub, looking in on the lit spaces from above.
