Explore the current exhibition ‘Deep Adaptation’, an ongoing programme of commissions, talks, screenings, workshops and events exploring how current social, political, civic and economic issues can be understood in relation to climate change. Here you can dive into the world of fermentation with Ugly Duckling and learn the traditional art of kimchi making in this hands-on workshop. Take home your own probiotic-rich fermenting jar and enjoy a fresh fruit cocktail while you do so. Lucien Anderson and David Lisser will also be manning Last Ditch Attempt, where they will be distributing starter seed capsules and giving advice about seed preservation and seed-sharing networks.
