Toffee Factory (2016 details)

Celebrating five years of The Late Shows at Toffee Factory, Mariam Rezaei and The Old Police House will take over the decks and invite you to party! With resident DJs from The Old Police House and all over the North East, there’ll be a song for everyone! With DJ taster workshops for young ones in the early evening we’ll be mixing together music from all over the world. Expect a little bit of swing, mariachi, house, dub, hiphop and pop classics...we’ll be dancing under the arches and into the night! While the music plays out visitors are invited to enter xsite Architecture’s TF Ear Piece installation inspired by the bizarre and wonderful listening devices and contraptions of past generations. Visitors will receive a ‘take away’ ear piece.
