Newcastle Arts Centre (2015 details)

‘Taking coal to Newcastle’ is an evening of fun demonstrations brought to you by local tutors to coincide with the North of England Art Club’s gallery exhibition ‘Coal’. Experience Hadrian’s Wall with archaeologist Mike Bishop’s Haiku performance on the site of the Roman milecastle in the courtyard, kindly supported by the Hadrian Arts Trust. Downstairs in the Black Swan cellar bar and venue, there will be an open mic Jazz/Jam session - a Jazz Café sampler. Specially selected cocktails will be available from the bar. All are welcome to drop in.
